We had a wonderful stay at Grecorooms in Toledo. As a couple in our sixties, we were delighted with the fantastic location in the old Jewish Quarter. The room was great, the staff was helpful, and the value for our Thursday night stay was fabulous. The hotel is centrally located, yet surprisingly quiet, and within walking distance of all the attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the attention to detail by the owners.

The location couldn't be better, right in the center of town where you can easily walk to all the major sights. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, with clean and contemporary bathrooms. The staff was very helpful and communicative, providing all necessary details for access. The hotel also had a lovely little café next door for breakfast.

The space may be narrow and lacking an elevator, but this is quite common in Europe and not a true drawback.

There was no staff on duty after midday and when the power went out in the evening, we were left without assistance. This was a major inconvenience, especially for my husband who relies on a CPAP machine.

We loved the simple breakfast of toasted bread with fresh tomato purée and olive oil, it was delicious. The coffee was also great. The attention to detail in the interior design was impressive, with everything well laid out. The beds and pillows were perfect, and the room was immaculate. Despite the small size, the room felt warm and spacious, thanks to the clever use of mirrors and artwork. we had a fantastic stay.

The lobby and common spaces were narrow and there was no elevator, which could be challenging for some guests. However, this is quite common in Europe, so it wasn't a major drawback.
